LCRH Counselling

Coral

Coral is a qualified counsellor working with adults in private practice. She trained as a Person-Centred counsellor and has gone on to integrate other types of counselling into her practice to best meet the needs of those she works with. She offers a warm, thoughtful and confidential space where clients can speak openly about the challenges they are facing.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity and careful listening, allowing individuals the time and space to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. She believes that feeling genuinely heard and understood can be deeply supportive, and aims to provide a space where clients can begin to make sense of what they are going through.

Before qualifying as a counsellor, Coral worked as a media specialist in advertising and publishing, which gave her valuable insight into the pressures and demands of corporate life. Volunteering with charities supporting women and young adults, along with a personal interest in fertility, inspired her decision to retrain.

Coral offers supportive counselling for individuals. She does not currently provide couples counselling or implications counselling.

A message from Coral:

“I recognise how emotionally complex and isolating fertility difficulties can be, and how different this experience is for each person. You may be going through treatment, facing uncertainty, or trying to come to terms with things not unfolding in a way you had hoped.

I also understand that, despite the best intentions of family and friends, it can sometimes feel as though others don’t fully understand what you are going through. This can leave you feeling alone at a time when you most need support.

Counselling can offer a space where your experience is truly heard and understood — somewhere you don’t have to filter your feelings or protect others. We can explore whatever is coming up for you, at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.”
