“Despite the setbacks, Lynne and the LCRH team left no stone unturned. Our daughter is now a happy, playful little character with a voice like a foghorn and a growing love for her first foods.”

“We were listened to and given personalised guidance and advice which was very important to us. The team were available for any follow up questions and didn't hesitate to support.”

"We were treated as intelligent equals, invited into decision-making as full members of the team in every aspect of the complex process."

"I never felt like a number or that I needed to advocate for myself because the LCRH team were in our corner right from the start."

"Today we met our new Consultant in person and for the first time in almost a decade of trying, we both felt truly listened to and cared for."

"I was always listened to carefully and intently, never feeling rushed or that I was just a number. Every member of Lynne's team knows me by name, history and medical care, and even my little dog, Autumn, gets asked after."

"Lynne was very supportive and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have been in better hands.”

"Thank you very much Dr Chapman. I am the happiest mum ever, thanks to you. You made my wish come true!”

"We can’t thank the team at LCRH enough. We found IVF a massive emotional journey, but the support we received at each stage was amazing. After the first attempt failed, we felt quite disheartened, but Lynne was adamant the IVF would work.”

"Lynne is an incredibly hard working, well informed, highly skilled and committed clinician. She is also able to offer kindness and remarkable compassion that made a huge difference for us.”

"We couldn’t be more appreciative of the care Lynne gave us, both in terms of her experience and the incredible personal attention. We could not be happier with the treatment we received, thanks so much for that.”

"We started seeing Lynne and the LCRH team on the recommendation of friends and we’re so glad that we did. If you’re considering LCRH for fertility treatment, we couldn’t recommend them more.”

“Compared to the first clinic where we felt we were part of the conveyor, here at each stage of treatment we discussed options and alternative approaches.”

“Everybody at LCRH made what could have been a tough journey as calm and stress less as possible, it was absolutely worth every single injection and hormone to have him!”

“Dr Chapman is incredibly hands on and available and you always see the same team members, which is incredibly reassuring when you're feeling at your most vulnerable.”

“I would recommend LCRH to anyone who wants to be empowered in their journey, feel heard and give themselves the best chances of realising their dreams."
