We truly believe we stumbled upon the absolute best in fertility care with Dr. Chapman and her remarkable team at LCRH.

From the very first moment we walked into their Beaconsfield office, we felt completely taken care of and confident that the advice was always solid and ethical. We particularly valued that Dr. Chapman was direct and highly effective, never pushing us toward unnecessary, costly, or 'ridiculous' procedures.

Despite a few minor hiccups along the way—where the LCRH team always had a quick and supportive solution—we were utterly delighted when our first embryo transfer was a success! Our little one is now a healthy 9-month-old, and we couldn't be more grateful.

As an anxious patient, I deeply appreciated that the team provided constant support, including endless scans at the beginning of my pregnancy, until I was safely transitioned to NHS care.

The flexibility and exceptional care were a lifesaver. LCRH consistently accommodated my demanding work schedule, offering early morning blood tests (sometimes as early as 7 am!). The dedication of the staff is truly outstanding—the wonderful Nikki once even rang me at 10 pm with my blood results to prevent me from worrying all weekend!

We will absolutely be returning to LCRH to try for a sibling with our remaining frozen embryos, knowing that half the stress is removed simply by being in such expert, compassionate hands.

I would imagine that the new app will be a great help as the only thing we ever found hard was response times to some emails. It was either amazing or a chase!
