LCRH Buddy Program

Welcome to the LCRH Buddy Program.
This is a program that connects previous patients who are willing to share their time and experience, with our current patients in a supportive way.

This could be through a phone call, a meet up, or maybe it might turn into a longer term friendship. The program came to be because we understand how so many patients do not have direct person to person connection to others going through a situation similar to their own. We know our patients well, and when a patient expresses an interest in having a buddy, or a past patient offers their support, we often are able to make a good match. This includes male partners looking to chat with other men in their situations.

To join please submit the form below and we will begin the process. we also ask that everyone reads and agrees to our terms of participation and disclaimer.

Once we receive your applications and find a match a member of the LCRH team will notify you of a match and share further details.
