Carly, who has worked with LCRH patients in London, Surrey, and the South West for several years, launched ‘HELD’ to provide anywhere access to calming support throughout an IVF cycle, and is offering the first recording in the series: "Anchoring into the safety within your body" to LCRH patients, who can access the download for free via Carly’s website with the links below.
“I wanted to be able to give ladies going through IVF some of the support I give in the treatment room, so I recorded a series called HELD to support you through every stage. Giving you time to connect into your body, and your nervous system a moment to stand down, even briefly so it remembers it doesn't have to brace through everything alone.”

Carly has worked with fertility clients for almost 20 years, specialising in fertility coaching and reflexology across Surrey, South West, London & online
She supports individuals and couples navigating the emotional and physical challenges of trying to conceive through tailored 1:1 sessions, combining practical guidance with nervous system regulation and holistic support.
In addition to private sessions, Carly offers online group programmes, pre-recorded guides to support clients through IVF cycles and the two-week wait, and free community support including her monthly Tea & Chat fertility group and online nervous system support events.
