"My husband and I embarked on our fertility journey with one of the larger, well known clinics in London.  Whilst the overall experience wasn't bad it just often felt transactional.  As it was our first time experiencing IVF I often felt left a little in the dark about information.  It felt that unless you knew what to ask, which for us the first time around we didn't, then you weren't told the information.  When that process didn't yeald success, I decided to research a clinic more local to home and happened upon Lynne Chapman's website.  

From the first phone call I felt more well informed and supported that I had done in months.  Sarah was extremely helpful and knowledgable and set my mind at ease.  Upon meeting Dr Chapman we knew we had come to the right clinic.  The clinic had the intimacy I had been craving and felt much more inviting. 

Dr Chapman gave us back hope in what had been a challenging year.  Dr Chapman is incredibly hands on and available and you always see the same team members, which is incredibly reassuring when you're feeling at your most vulnerable.   

I highly endorse LCRH.  The friendly team were always extremely timely to follow up on requests and share information and financially I found the clinic to be competitively in line with other clinics.
